I am a New England native and have made several corporate moves, from Connecticut to Florida and then to the Atlanta, GA. area. I love Georgia and all it has to offer. I love working with first time homebuyers and have the patience to teach them all they need to know about home ownership. I also love helping clients move up to their dream home or downsize to a more suitable home once the children have moved out.
As a listing agent I pride myself on my marketing skills, and all that is needed to get a a home ready for market and then getting it SOLD. I use all the technology available to market and sell in all price ranges. The level of service is the same no matter the price range. I put you and your needs first. I believe in constant communication to keep my sellers advised as to what potential buyers are saying after viewing the home. Follow up is essential.
Residential property is a specialty area and this is my specialty. I focus on a tri-county area, Cobb, Paulding and Cherokee. I leave the marketing and selling of commercial property to the true commercial specialists and can connect you to one of them if that is your need.
